Is it possible to execute an action Controller in Joomla 3 via cron?

Good afternoon.
How can you execute an Action in a Joomla Controller?
The task is this, there is a Controller component in it there is an Action that performs some kind of long-term action.
This action must be performed periodically, for this there is a cron mechanism in * nix.
Problem 1 : how to run the url from cron
- here it is probably possible through curl, but I'm not sure yet.
And problem 2 , the main one: how to pass Joomla authorization in order to execute an Action? Or how to disable it for execution from cron.
Action calls logic from the model, which in turn uses other models. Moving from Joomla code to Native Php is problematic.
Maybe I'm looking at the solution from the wrong angle?
