Why are messages not going through PeerJS?

We make a chat / call on peerjs (telemedicine), raised a peerjs server on NodeJS and coturn (STUN / TURN), everything works well, the logs are clean on both the client and the server, BUT: two options were found when messages do not reach the opponent - mobile Internet Beeline from the phone and one home Internet (both in Moscow). What could be the reason? We sort of bypass NAT.
