Why are low-resolution pictures imported from 1s to the site?

Hello, in the settings of the infoblock, you should reduce the detailed image if it is more than 1000px.
When you manually enter the position, the image starts in normal resolution. When importing from 1s, a detailed picture is loaded with a size of 300x300px.
The import adjusters say that the problem is on the side of the site, I have already searched through everything and do not see anything similar in the settings.
Please tell me if there is a similar setting in the Bitrix settings that puts a limit or is it still a jamb on the 1s side?
