Why are libraries downloaded through the paycharm console not getting there?

The libraries that I downloaded are sent to C:\users\******\appdata\local\programs\python\python39\lib\site-packages>, but I need it to be sent to the interpreter (venv) of my project

In the interpreter setting for the project in Pycharm, you should specify the path to venv
