Why are images not displaying correctly in the browser?

This is such a mess, gentlemen. It's not Adblock's fault, neither is Chrome. So in all four browsers, regardless of version and extensions. The cache has to be cleared every time, in Firefox and Opera it has already been set to zero.
Windows 7 unlicensed, build 7600. This was not the case before. Sometimes pictures are loaded if they have time. And if not, here it is. In general, I don’t really want to reinstall the OS ...

Well, in general, it seems that the Internet is completely unstable, connections are torn regularly, very similar to underloaded pictures. This is how underloaded jpegs are shown.

Try testing the video card for stress. Very similar to video card artifacts
