Browser with auto page refresh

There is a whistle on Android 4.0.4 - AK Mini PC. There is a FullHD TV to which it is connected. There is a monitoring page with Cacti, available only via HTTPS, which needs to be refreshed every three to five minutes. The question is in the browser, which should be able to automatically update the page and show it without stretching it to the width of the screen, but scaling it according to the resolution of the TV. Opera and Dolphin can do the latter, but they do not have the “automatically refresh the page” checkbox. The regular bucket browser cannot update, and even tries to stretch the page 800 pixels wide to its fullest - because of this, I only see a couple of cells and have to flip through half a day. UC Browser, they say, can auto-update, but categorically refuses to show a login and password request on https.
Can anyone advise something?
