Why are FreePBX/Asterisk greetings not playing?

FreePBX 2.11 over asterisk
Fundamentally does not reproduce greetings.
Recorded by * 77, uploaded wav, tried to use the system ones. does not reproduce, just skips by.
If after leaving to the group - leaves to the internal group, if after to the internal number - also leaves. If you terminate the call, then hangs up.

Faced a similar problem.
There are two sounds folders and, accordingly, you put the sound files in one, and asterix wants to take it from the other.
