Why are elastix outgoing calls not working?

Good evening. I didn’t figure it out with freepbx, I decided to install elastix.
Connected the trunk, incoming calls work.
then I turned the trunk to an external number (mobile phone), tried it in format 8 and 7 - they do not work.
In the call log I see my calls and their status is "skipped"
in which direction to pick?

Put tcpdump or tshark on the interface, then watch sip packets and everything will become clear. And so you can poke the web in the face for a long time.
