Why are displaying toster and habr buggy in Chrome?

Actually, this is how my hubr and toaster are displayed in Chrome - c2n.me/3nGmj07 c2n.me/3nGmwdv I tried to disable absolutely all extensions, cleared the cache, reinstalled the browser - none of this helped.

The same trouble on Windows XP SP3. But...
In Chrome 45.0.2454.101 m - crooked
In IE 8 - crooked
In FF 42.0b1 - everything is beautiful
