Why are burned out pixels visible in white and is the heating of the matrix this is ISO?

Good evening, tell me
Why does a burnt-out pixel always show the picture as white on matrices of photo and video equipment?
After all, the white color is the maximum voltage on it should be, but it is already dead and it would be more logical for it to be black.
And in the settings, when adjusting the color correction - ISO
Just forcibly apply voltage to the matrix (warm)?

Not always.
There are pixels and red, and blue, and green, and white, and black.
ISO is a sensitivity, not a correction.
