Why are b_search_content_stem, b_search_content_text, b_search_custom_rank, b_search_suggest... tables empty?

Tables are empty:

b_search_content_freq
b_search_content_stem
b_search_content_text
b_search_custom_rank
.b_search_stem
b_search_suggest
b_search_user_right

and what should be done to fill the table data?
the search on the sphinx is used. (the checkboxes "When ranking results, take into account the distance between words", "When ranking results, take into account the rating" are checked)
And what are these tables responsible for?

And the site was not recently transferred using a backup? There, when creating a backup, there is a setting
Try going to Settings > Search > Search Reindexing and clicking "Reindexing". Has the data arrived?
