Morphology of proper names. What about place names?

There is a city "Astana". The morphology of the sphinx processes all elements with the occurrence of "ast" when searching for "astana". When searching for "in Astana", "Astana", which is correct. And such a problem with many names. How to be in such a difficult situation?
