Why are arrows not generated in slick slider when infinite: true?

I need to make a slider like in this Figma layout . There are 2 problems:
1. Arrows are not generated.
2. The slides go to the right side and only one slide is visible. In JS, I have infinite: true, sliderToShow: 3, in html: 3 slides, so the number of slides is enough.
