Why are all android apps out of sync?

Internet via wifi is available. I can access websites through chrome. I can download apps from the play store. But Pocket, Wunderlist and others don't sync. If you log out, then you can no longer enter the error - problem connecting. Where to dig?

In general, I turned everything off and rechecked it and turned it on again. Earned. So I did not understand because of what the cant was.
