Why are A-records not added/updated dynamically after automatic cleanup?

Hello, I have windows server 2003+AD+DHCP.
DHCP leases addresses for 2 weeks.
DHCP, when issuing an address for lease, automatically tells the DNS server to create / update a record in the forward and reverse lookup zone.
On DNS configured automatic cleaning of obsolete records every 2 weeks.
Now the problem is this: The old records of the existing hosts have been purged, but no new records have been created for the same hosts.
Why can this happen? Maybe after the DHCP lease is renewed, A-records will be re-created? Let this solve the problem, but it's not convenient ...

If you recently reconfigured the DHCP server, you need to check if the correct data is specified in the Dynamic updates registration credentials section of the DNS server properties on the Advanced tab.
There should be registered account. A record with the rights to register addresses in the DNS. I think that's exactly the point.
