Real DNS over VPN, how to hide?

I use VPN PPTP. Most anomizers show DNS from the VPN, but when I check for DNS Leaks, several glow, including those from the VPN provider and my home one.
I tried to change the wireless connection settings (the laptop is connected via an access point) to Google DNS or 127.0.0.1, the picture does not change.
When checking through the Tor browser, everything is fine.

Check if DNS is specified in the VPN connection configs. If this is OpenVPN, you can open its config with a regular notepad and find DNS mention there.
In fact, manually entered DNS in the settings of the main network connection should help. The computer must use only it and not use "home". Either they entered the wrong connection, or left one of the lines blank. Try 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8
Additionally, check what is specified in the router. There, too, you can duplicate the setting.
