Why apps don't show up in auto-update?
I am not an iPhone user, however, the application was written and released an update yesterday.
And I came across a problem that after the release of the update, after its approval, the "Update" button appears on the app store on the application page, but users do not have the application in "pending auto-updates" , on two phones this was checked for both.
On one phone, they tested updates via wire, I thought that because of this auto-update was not in the store, but I also found out the same story from a friend, he installed applications yesterday, he didn’t set any locks on updates separately, but in the morning after the release of a new one version was not automatically updated and did not appear in the list for auto-updates, only handles can be updated
Who can faced it? I did not find any buttons related to this in the app store connect, only there is when to release an update, the item "Release this version automatically" was selected
Is this a problem for users or do I need to register something else in the application or in the app store connect?
