Why am I not using adsense?

There is a site smi .in.ua, I am specifically trying to register a new adsense account purely for this site, from a computer in another area. I had a couple of similar sites and never had problems getting into adsense, I would say the sites are almost one to one, of course with different unique content. I got into adsense, even without unique text content before, and now this is such a beard ..
Purely for the test, I uploaded my old, lost and content-filled site to this domain (a copy of this is content also did not pass moderation. Sites that had earlier were in the first-level domain zones *.in / *.com / *.net / *.ru, etc.

Something weird has been going on with AdSense lately. Didn't skip a site with non-unique content 3 or 4 times. After repeating the attempt two weeks later, they missed it.

Better write to adsense support. Have you read the rules for adding a site to Adsense? Is your site following the rules?
