The dumbest decision ever. You do 2 types of downloads, the first type is downloading after waiting for ads to be viewed by a timer of 30 seconds, the 2nd is for premium users who have paid a subscription for a symbolic amount like 50 rubles per month and they have no ads at all and download without waiting.
