Why am I not showing rewarded ads in AdMob?

The problem is the following. There is a game, connected ads from AdMob (interstitial and rewarded). With a test id, test banners were normally displayed. When I entered the real id and uploaded the application to Google play, the rewarded ads stopped showing (everything is fine with the interstitial). The account has been verified (a message was sent to the mail about this) and now receives profit from advertising. 2 days have passed - nothing has changed (as there was no advertising with a reward, and no).
I read in AdMob that in order to fully display ads, the account must pass verification (do you mean the verification that I wrote about above or another one?).
I found information on the forum that for a stable display of ads there should be more users (I'm not sure about this information).
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? What could be the reason for this?
