Is the application updated by the user after the update?

Such a small but very important question, let's say I have a bug in the relay, the game is already in the playstore, many have already downloaded it, then I notice and fix the bug, post it on Google as a working version and it is updated there in 3-4 days ...
Question - Is the application updated by the user who has already downloaded and installed it, will those bugs go away after the update?

Have you yourself never opened Googleplay and are not in the subject of how it looks like for a user?
If auto-updates are on, update, if not, then no.
