What does "Superseded" mean instead of "under review" in google console?

I did several alpha and beta tests, then I already folded the finished full-fledged project and posted it as a working version, it immediately went into the "under consideration" state, a couple of days have passed and now the status is "Replaced" ....

This is what it means, checked and they replaced the test ones with a new one and check it, or it was rejected, or what does it mean what should I do now ???

Previously, it said "under consideration", now apparently "not published", but why what? where when????
