Why after updating Windows 10 instead of 8 GB was 6 GB of RAM?

Enable hyper-v, then Windows asked me to restart the PC, when I pressed the restart button, Windows started installing the update (because I turned on hyper-v), the PC turned off and on, but there was a black screen and nothing happened, I decided to force shutdown laptop and turn it on. It turned on, continued to install the update, then went into armory crate, but the program did not show the processor temperature (it was written 0 degrees, although it was not), went into the task manager, and instead of 8 GB it says 6. I restarted, updated, reinstalled Windows, but still 6 gigs. The bios says that I have 8 GB of RAM, in Hades too. I do not know what to do.

Try resetting the BIOS settings or installing drivers from the laptop manufacturer's website.
