Why won't my computer turn on after hibernation?

Hello, I am facing the following problem. A desktop computer (MP Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 Rev. 3, CPU: AMD FX 8320) after installing Windows 8.1 on a disk with GPT partitioning (respectively, BIOS in UEFI mode) stopped turning on after hibernation - no reaction to the power button. Turning off the PSU for a few seconds helps. Previously, there was MBR and UEFI + Legacy, such a problem arose, but sometimes. Now - with every hibernation. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
