Why after reconnecting the flash drive every time it asks to format?
There is a flash drive SP 16GB. If I throw light files there (like documents, small videos), then everything is fine. If you throw something more - let's say a movie in size from 4 to 8 gb, at first everything is fine, but after extracting and reconnecting, it immediately asks to format it. That is, in this case, it works only until extraction. I drop the series one by one, because if you throw all the series in a pack - hello formatting. NTFS file system. It does not depend on Windows, I tried different extraction methods. Could it be bad sectors or something like that?

If you pull out the flash drive without waiting for the file cache to be reset (i.e. you do not use the menu item in the tray - safe removal), then you damage the file system, so it asks for repair or formatting. This is especially true for NTFS, this file system is not intended for flash drives at all (better use exFAT if you have windows).
If you want to pull out a USB flash drive without having to select safe removal in the menu, then set up work with the device without a write cache at all. the recording will be much slower, but removing the flash drive will be safe.
