Is it possible to pull a file from the cache?

There is a teacher who uses students' laptops to show power point presentations from a flash drive, and basically does not throw them off. Surely the presentation is cached somewhere in 'temp' during its launch. Is there any way to extract this file?

I can advise you to look for programs that covertly copy data from a USB flash drive when it is connected to a computer.
I used to use Usbgrab myself .
Worked without problems. You can set the file extensions that will be copied first.
There are other programs - search in Google "hidden copying files from a flash drive."

just run the script that copies the presentation from the flash drive to your disk

Fundamentally does not throw off? And if you don’t give a laptop in principle? Or (to avoid noise and dust) turn off usb for the duration of the lesson.
