Why a charger with a detachable plug?
Today I finally bought it :) a macbook about retina 15 in CSTORE (Svyaznoy), as a result, for some reason, a removable plug c2n.me/iOd8RY is charging, is this a normal phenomenon or was I sold a gray model from the states? :) I just heard that from the states, some offices sell just with adapters, is this not the case?)

all blocks are standard with a removable plug
unification of blocks
even on iPad charging removable plug
ps boasted, well done;)
p.p.s. So then the official reseller is from the store, if I'm not confused. it's kind of stupid to suspect him.
As mentioned above, the first reason for a removable plug is unification in production.
The second reason is user convenience. If you look at the list of Apple products, you can find such a wonderful thing as the Apple World Travel Adapter Kit - store.apple.com/ru/product/MB974ZM/B/apple-world-t... which allows you to simply change the plug for a specific country .
