Why 1C does not allow to delete objects?

Hello! When deleting marked objects, this form pops up.

Testing and correction did. By mistake, I did not find anything on the Internet. :(

The objects you are trying to delete are referenced by other objects. To avoid the appearance of "broken links" in 1C, you can only delete objects that are not referenced by other objects.
