Cheers to everyone, first I killed the win10 updater, and now it needed to be updated, but it itself does not want to return.

maybe someone has win7 x64 with a bootloader (it lies in system32 / gwx /)

1) Try the Windows Troubleshooter https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3081048
2) If Service Pack 1 is not displayed, you must install it before the update icon appears. It can be downloaded by going to: Go to the Microsoft website
3)Make sure Windows Update is enabled
4)Run command prompt run as administrator. Type or paste the command dism /online /Get-Packages | findstr 3035583 - If the update is installed, you will get back the identity of the package and the data string. If nothing is returned , the update is not installed and you need to check for updates and install it.
Windows 7: also run dism /online /Get-Packages | findstr 2952664
If this update is not installed, install it.
Open Internet Explorer. Press the Alt + H keys and select About Internet Explorer from the menu that appears. Make sure you have Internet Explorer 11. If you have an earlier version, please download Internet Explorer 11 from Download Internet Explorer 11 from Microsoft
5)After the update is completed, restart your device.
