Who will own the prototype at the end of the hackathon?

Good afternoon!
An interesting question has come up, during a hackathon someone gives an idea, a team is formed around it. Who will ultimately be considered the owner of the prototype? Can the person who proposed the idea have any exclusive rights to it? Or should everything be formed on a contractual basis?

I agree with Nidora .
In a good way, the right organizers have a regulation on the competition, where such moments are stipulated, just like the duties and responsibilities of the parties.
See, for example, www.zelao.ru/hackathon/about/thesis

If we proceed from the fact that in Russia the idea cannot be patented, then the author of the idea will not have any rights to the prototype if someone else implements it. IMHO

To begin with, it was necessary to write a contract, which indicates who the owner is. And then you will share long and tedious. Moreover, if the prototype will bring a lot of profit, then everyone who is not lazy will put their paw on it.
