Who will advise a cheap (preferably free) cloud with an API for uploading pictures and user avatars?

I implement work with mail through SendGrid. But I don't know what to use for pictures. Eat thoughts.
If paid, then up to $ 10 per month.
While the volumes are not interested. A convenient API is important, and ideally integration with Node.js.

I'm even scared to say how much you can store avatars for 10 dollars.
The OpenStack Swift / Rackspace API is quite common there, so I think for Noda you will find a library for this API.
