How to set up spyware to spy on company employees?

My position is Information Security Specialist. The boss set a goal to know where people go, what they do, what they correspond about.
Is there any easy-to-use spyware that I will install on all machines (about 30 in the company) and administer on my computer.
I will be glad for any information.

Read the UK to get started. And give the boss, just in case.

my friend .. your boss brings you under the article. it is forbidden to conduct surveillance without!!!!! employee knowledge. CC needs to be read. First of all, I recommend notifying all employees under signature about this. otherwise there will be trouble. I often get requests from clients. I try to immediately explain how it can end.

I repeat - put ptraffer - there you don't need to put anything on the machines themselves.
Ask support - they will set everything up for you remotely.

and I will administer on my computer.

If this is control carried out by a centurion, for example CISO in accordance with the job description, then there is no violation, since all this is done for the security of the enterprise. But as mentioned above, it is necessary to develop security policies and, in an appropriate way, notify employees of the obligations of their implementation and responsibility in case of violation.

Good afternoon.
Spyware is a common DLP system. so many, I'm sure you can choose the one that suits your needs.
To resolve the legal issues of introducing such a system, and also so that no one sues you (so that the Criminal Code does not threaten you :)), you will need to introduce a trade secret regime in the company with the obligatory familiarization of employees about the introduction of such a regime (under signature) . Well, do not spy in its purest form)))) Nevertheless, no one has canceled the constitution and the secret of communication :)

Install a traffic inspector and see where everything goes and what is open.
Regular monitoring.
