Who uses FSharp to solve applied problems?

I recently turned my attention to functional programming languages, and after some ordeal I settled on FSharp, mainly due to its binding to .Net. The familiarization period has passed, I read books and played around, now I need to decide whether it is worth using it on real projects or leave it as a hobby to play around with. For example, I see a good use of it for writing the logic of developed web services in conjunction with C #. But a search of the community (fsharp.org) and an analysis of Runet articles led to the idea that this language is used only in narrow specialized programs. So I think this is the start of an interesting language and everything is ahead of it (remember how C # was criticized, but now it is a very worthy language) or another experiment that is not destined to shoot.
Whatever the halivara, you can answer the questions:
1. Do you think it is promising to use F# now and why
2. What area of use of this language do you think is the most promising

1. Do you think it's promising to use F# now and why

IMHO, yes, but in his niche he will most likely be
cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure) and the web (for example, the WebSharper framework is written for the web in F #, as far as I know).
