Like, go somewhere else. I can't access the community. Yes, and they don’t give clear answers from another acc, and they don’t discuss other people’s acc. The manager for Ukraine did not answer me.

In the letter where the sender indicate your home address and admit that you violated the rules if you will also stubbornly say in a letter that they are not guilty, then you will simply be ignored.
