Jobs in bioinformatics are flashing on blastim. For example, BostonGene is looking for either IT people with a love for biology, or biologists with a love for IT.

The junction of IT and biology - only the simulation of evolutionary processes using genetic algorithms comes to mind. I even heard the word "cyberbiologist" once. :)
