I recently saw on my computer the same picture as after installing KB971033. However, the latest update is dated September 3rd. along the way, it turned out that the activation flies simply even with the Internet, and not because of the installation of updates. The "epidemic" began recently, as I understand it. Random is present. someone flies, someone doesn’t ... who came across?

As far as I understand, it will fly off / not fly off depends on the motherboard. In your case, hopeless - either reinstall the system, or buy a license.
