Who knows why the error when parsing a commit in phabricator?

7fa378ebb93846f7bd0e0e34db6f37f0.png0c77bc2b9068448194e940d6e6155609.pngHello everyone, there was a problem when auditing code in Phabricator. I'm using local build phabricator+subversion(1.8). They communicate with each other using svn+ssh and http. And now to the problem.
In the working copy of the project, I commit the changes svn commitin the revision comment indicating that userb should be audited Auditors: usera. Then I send everything to the repository. After that, I go to UI Phabricator and see the revision that I made (it means everything is ok with the daemon). BUT as soon as I want to see what changes have been made, I get an error

Commit Still Parsing
Failed to load the commit because the commit has not been parsed yet.

And so on for each revision, regardless of whether it is necessary to audit or not.
For the sake of experiment, I imported the repository from bitbacket (hg) and now everything is ok with it, it gives a detailed look at all the changes in each revision.
I also tried to import from the online svn repository https://svn.riouxsvn.com. also does not show changes in revisions, only the structure of the repository, what files are stored there and the names of the commits.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
PS I tried to use Pharricator's console utility ./repository reparse --import --all <rep name> the daemon finds changes but for some reason does nothing with them.
