Which SVN hosting to choose?

Please advise which SVN hosting to choose so that it is not expensive and reliable?

github supports svn, so I recommend github - advanced programmers will use git, non-advanced programmers will use svn, and everyone will be in the same repository.
PS In general, the public cvs or svn repository was not particularly popularized, since most often they set up their own local / corporate server.

Select git and github . :) And forget such a terrible word as SVN.
