Who knows utilities for reconnecting to a WiFi network when the connection is lost?
There is a fiber optic Alcatel'ovsky router. Powerful enough. The apartment is big, and sometimes I sit at a distance of 15-20 meters on the other side of the apartment. Through two walls the signal is caught well. For example, a video from Youtube in 720p plays without delay, the speed is about 1.0-1.5 Mbps.
But when there is a load on the network, that is, if I or someone else starts downloading information from the network, for example, from torrents my stupid series or games on Steam, then the connection is lost, although according to the information in the tray, the laptop is still connected to networks. In this case, you have to disconnect from the network and reconnect to it.
This problem is only observed by me, regardless of the OS. I had W7, then W8, then upgraded to W8.1. Problem still exists. My laptop is HP Envy dv6. Changed WiFi adapter, did not help. Updated drivers, didn't help either.
I came to the decision that I needed some utility that initiates a reconnection to the network if the connection was lost. Who knows such utilities?
