Problem accessing the modem via WDS?

I have 2 tp-link modems, on the first modem I am connected to the Internet via ADSL and distribute Wi-Fi, on the second via WDS I am connected to the first modem ...
The crux of the matter, having connected via WiFi to SSID 1 and 2 modems, I can only enter the settings of the 1st modem by typing the address in the browser - 192.168.1.1, but the second one - tplinklogin.net does not fit into any, I tried to set it a static IP 192.168.1.3, this error still comes out:

> Cannot find the DNS address of the tplinklogin.net server.
