The topic of iot security has become very interesting, but I am new to this issue, I will be very grateful for any information provided in this matter.

As folk wisdom says, the "S" in the IoT acronym stands for "security". Do you see an "S" there? Here I am no :-)
In other words, everything is bad there. When at least some kind of security appears, it is already possible to write literature on it, but for now the horse has not rolled there.
