Who knows the utility for uploading files to Yandex Disk?

We need a simple utility for i.disk, which, when launched, uploaded the contents of the specified folder to a folder on i.disk. Under Windows and, preferably, console. Can anyone suggest this?

It can be implemented through the API, there is a console flaw, but its purpose was to download from disk, you can finish it so that it can be downloaded.
There is also an option to "mount" the disk and write to it whatever you like.
