I came across a good PayPal exchanger for Ukraine seregaslash.bazium.ru/lp/1. Satisfied with the exchange rate 1 $ = 20 UAH and exchange limits. Haven't tested yet. The minimum exchange amount is $50. I want to know if anyone has used it before? The site does not inspire confidence a little and I am new to this business. For Kyiv, there is an opportunity to change in the office, but for me it is geographically not convenient.
