Who knows how to get the id of the person on upwork (non-standard situation)?

I am in an unrecognized republic or occupied territory (it is possible) of the LPR. I need to verify my identity on upwork. What are the options? Like Luhansk citizens are not forbidden to work. But I can’t take a bank statement, they are here but internal. I'm at a dead end.

We went through personal identification a couple of years ago, but we are in Ukraine. Upwork did not accept checks / statements from the bank. did not consider them documents. Support did not tell us anything sensible. Identification was completed with a passport. It was confirmed almost immediately, but checks and statements were refused a few days after sending.

I had an epic with verification.
There was a video call, at the end a question was asked about PHP, although there is not a single line about PHP in my profile - only HTML, CSS, JS and frameworks.
The result - required additional verification of documents. Three (!) times I sent documents - a photo of a passport and bank statements, a certificate of residence.
As a result, a police clearance certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs came up (together with a passport photo). And then - they didn’t even bother to answer: “Dude - you passed!” Stupidly - silence - a sign of consent.

Contact this dude . He lives in Luhansk, but earns money on YouTube. Surely, he knows some tricks for authentication (checking that you are you) in payment systems and how to withdraw funds.
