Edren pasta :) The presence of EL6 or EL7 in the name - unequivocally betrays the fact that this is Enterprise Linux 6 or 7, respectively - that is, CentOS 6 or CentOS 7. It can also turn out to be a real commercial redhat (sorry, never saw it live)
