Is there a way to fully use the SIM card of the Yota mobile operator in the modem?

Good afternoon. I know that breaking agreements with Yota is not good, but still. The situation is this:
I live in a private house ten kilometers from a major city. There is no wired internet, of course. So you have to use Yota (not a mobile operator). But the problem is that they cut the speed by 20Mbps and nothing can be done about it. Although the BS (used by me), according to the TP, is not loaded even by a quarter.
I looked and read reviews on their mobile operator and found that some squeeze out both 40 and 100 megabits. That would be cool to fit all this at home. But no. The phone is so easy not to use here, because without a powerful directional antenna there is no signal at all. The only thing left is the modem.
But here are their limitations: p2p cutting, tethering restrictions and restrictions for modems, routers, tablets. And if the first one can be dealt with by VPN, with the second TTL substitution, then I don’t even know what to do with the third one.
As I understand it, the whole point is the lack of support for the voice communication devices listed above. I do not know exactly how the operator will know about this, but it is obvious. So you just need to figure out how to send the necessary information to the provider. But how?
Megaphone m150-1 (Huawei E3276) is currently used as a modem. Unlocked, with firmware from Huawei. Any ideas?
