Who knows how things are with delivery by Russian Post at the moment?

Interested in regular parcels and EMS. Is it worth getting in touch? Or is it better to do SPSR express.

If there is an opportunity to use a courier service, then use it :)

It's sad ... When delivering from Europe, they missed the destination city by a couple of thousand km. Then another week they dragged around our vast country ...

EMS within the country is generally not an option. They are stupid and kosyachny, at the same prices as those of the SPSR. How have they not died with such poor service. By the way, there is an excellent CSE.ru which is cheaper than SPSR, but works much faster for me.

Sent a parcel from Lithuania (Vilnius) to Moscow - 2013-05-08.
And on 2013-05-09 the parcel was already sent from the territory of Lithuania!
Today 2013-05-25 - The barcode of the parcel has not yet been scanned.
The parcel is registered, they promised at the post office that they would deliver it in 7 days.
16 days have passed, no hello, no answer, where is my parcel ?! :)
There is also Fedex and DPD, pay attention to them.

Mail in Russia both went and goes. Not a fountain, but no problem.
This is a problem with international shipments.

The last time I sent the services of our beloved, reliable and using the slogan "deliver on time" by our terrible Russian Post.
In London, I made a purchase on 04/28, already on 04/30 according to the royal mail training - the parcel was transferred to our beloved mail. Only 05/25/2013 - Import. It will still be 10 days before me ((.
Therefore, if there is an alternative when sending, ALWAYS use other delivery operators.

Everything that was sent in April came - five parcels.
February-March are still hanging.

I have the following statistics in St. Petersburg:
A small EMS parcel from Korea arrived a month ago in 6 days. Ordinary packages from China / Hong Kong fly to Moscow for about a month (they don’t track, they are in the warehouse, apparently), then they reach the office in 10 days.
The parcel from Sweden also stuck out for 3 weeks before reaching customs.
EMS is great that it’s right in your hands, but damn the courier will call in advance. Because of this, there may be confusion ...

From China, the spread is on average 30-45 days to the threshold (home post office). It depends, apparently, on the workload of the mail in certain periods - the other day I just received two parcels - sent by one office, both via Singapore post, one went 31 days, the other 45, and both had similar pairs - and from one pair they were already sorted after customs (48 days), and the second one “left from Singapore to the country of destination” (33 days). At the same time, one parcel hung - 73 days after it left China for the country of destination, and everything flies somewhere.

From China in a row, with a difference of several days, "small packages" were ordered in the first half of March. Some came a month later (sad, of course, but it’s better not to count on less), the rest of the “packages” only began to arrive in the second half of May. The magazine for receiving international shipments is given to read in hand without problems.
In general, if you need it quickly and for sure, then it’s better to pay for delivery in a good service, and if time is not pressing, the package is not expensive and not “crystal”, then you can take a chance and order by our mail.
PS I live in 450 km. from MSC.

I'm waiting for my parcel. for a long time. On April 27, she left the Hong Kong post office and has not been seen anywhere since. And this is the second time parcels from China are lost this year (out of 3, 1 arrived). I think it's still related to the customs crisis

My parcel has been going on for 60 days already, EMC is a little better, but sometimes it is no less sad. SPSR runs fast domestically, but that's from my experience.

EMS did not bring me a book. It's been lucky for 4 months now. Looks like it's lost.
Although the laptop was brought 2 years ago, I had to run after it all over Moscow.

It’s easier to order goods from Europe using special services, I like Shopogolic.net, but I either pay for the order myself or with the help of the guys, if the foreign online store does not accept my cards, then all individual orders come to the guys for storage, they form me and they pack one common purchase and send it to Russia, and it turns out more profitable and more convenient.
