Hello, there are 2 options for unbinding apple id:

1. Contacting Apple. In this case, you must have (mandatory!) a receipt for the purchase of the device and a box. Employees send a request to the server that is responsible for linking/unlinking accounts.
   
2. Replacing components on the board. This method is more like dancing with a tambourine. The modem is being soldered to another. No one will give you a 100% guarantee for this service.
