Which mapping service to choose for a mobile application?

I welcome everyone!
Due to the huge amount of disparate information, I got into a very difficult choice of a mapping service.
What do you need from the cards?:
1) The label is placed in the "online" mode directly from the database. The information is entered in the database - the label immediately appeared on the map.
2) The appearance of the label. You need to upload your own, designer. Those that offer "default" services are not suitable.
3) The most important thing is the description. Label description should be anything according to my preference.
Since nothing is clear from the above, I will try to describe with an example. Some car wash is displayed with its own picture, which the service does not offer (which I uploaded myself). In the description of this car wash, I indicate information unknown to the service (discounts, the size of the room - in general, anything). It is important that this description does not open as a separate slide (as an example - edadil). The description opens in such a way that there is access to the map when the slide is open (as an example - 2GIS).
Please suggest a good commercial mapping service that can provide me with similar opportunities.
The main problem is that the developers tried to do something similar with the "Yandex map", but their service did not allow third-party information about objects on the map to be entered. As a result, the deadline has shifted by a month :(

Why don't GoogleMap fit?
It has all the requested features (editing installed tags, creating custom points, uploading pop-up notifications to the map)
