We use Okdesk. There are, in my opinion, very successful mobile applications (both for performers and applicants). There is no full-fledged CMDB - this is a solution for "external" support, but there is an accounting of equipment or software serviced in relation to clients.
Regarding 1C, I can only say what they said at their last webinar this week (if I understood everything correctly), namely:
- there is a ready-made "processor" for synchronizing clients, contact persons, contracts
- they will implement the script by the end of the year, when, according to paid applications (there is such a mechanism), information about the work performed will be uploaded to 1C, and invoices will be "attached" to these same applications from 1C.
At the same time, taking into account the API, you can "finish" this ready-made processing for yourself.
